National Account Managers (NAMs) at IQVIA are responsible for managing all aspects of national provider accounts. This includes developing contracts to optimize insurance plan access, creating and following a strategic sales plan from the clients, and building strong relationships within their targeted accounts and clients.
National account managers are responsible for executing the effective launch of new drugs in Managed Care accounts, PBMs, Medicaid PBMs, and State Government Accounts by introducing product lines to these accounts with the goal of gaining formulary inclusion and pull-through for the best interest of the client. Your knowledge of competitors, marketplace trends, and related information will be invaluable to both internal and external stakeholders.
