About Me: I’ve been a part of IQVIA’s Contract Sales Organization in Talent Acquisition since July of 2021. My journey with the team began back in October 2019 when I joined as a contract recruiter. In less than two years, my excitement and dedication led me to become a full-time employee at IQVIA.

As a recruiter, my specialty lies in sourcing. I thrive on identifying and engaging with top talent, working closely with IQVIA recruiters and talent acquisition managers to assemble candidate slates that align with our client and corporate recruitment goals. Before joining IQVIA, I held the position of Manager of Recruitment Support Specialists/Talent Sourcers, where I successfully built, coached, and managed a team of recruitment support specialists. With a remarkable 13 years of recruiting experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, I bring a wealth of expertise to my role.

What I value most about working at IQVIA is the people. The supportive, kind, and optimistic atmosphere makes every day rewarding. Outside of work, I reside in the Chicago suburbs, where you’ll find me spending quality time with my husband, two daughters, five cats, and one dog.
