With over 15 years’ experience in the health care industry, working in the operations function of corporate Occupational Health, I bring a wealth of experience to IQVIA. I am accustomed to working with highly qualified medical and technical professionals during my time in Occupational Health.

I joined IQVIA in 2020, and was fortunate to work on one of the company's most exciting and worthwhile projects as a Field Tester. I then moved in to the customer service team where I was able to draw upon my experiences in the field in order to provide excellent customer service in support of the Covid Infection Survey project.

If asked what my key strengths are I would say that I am a catalyst and deliverer and thrive on problem solving and most importantly viewing my role deliverables both strategically and pragmatically. I love being part of a team. I have always been focused on client service excellence and I am keen to be part of the exciting times ahead with the IQVIA Contract Sales and Medical Solutions Team.
