After spending several years in sales and completing my studies in Psychology and HR Management, I started in Recruiting 7 years ago. My recruiting experience is within diverse industries like Retail, Technology and Biotechnology, covering different business units and manufacturing plants at all levels of multinational organizations. I joined IQVIA at the beginning of 2022 as Talent Acquisition Manager to build a Global Network of Health Care Professionals, taking care of Iberia and LATAM regions.

As Talent Acquisition Manager my aim is to build strong, mutually beneficial relationships for candidates and IQVIA alike and to build a Global Network/Delivery Hub for Health Care Professionals. I believe there is nothing greater than offering opportunities for brave minds people to drive healthcare forward and work an amazing company like IQVIA.
