In partnership with our client, we are actively searching for Entry Level Sales Representatives to deliver on our commitment to serve patients lives in the Dermatology space.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 4-year degree from an accredited college or university required
  • B2B sales experience required
  • 1-2 years Dermatology or Primary Care Medical experience a plus
  • Strong relationships in territory a plus
  • Demonstrated success in prior roles
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives
  • Have a valid driver’s license and be insurable

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES & COMPETENCIES

  • Demonstrated success in persuasion, influence, and negotiation skills
  • Increase share & recommendations of targeted HCPs
  • Effectively increase reach & frequency of target accounts
  • Demonstrated analytical skills

  • Demonstrated ability to apply technical/scientific knowledge
  • Flexibility to learn new products over time
  • Knowledge of and experience with the selling process
  • Initiative and execution-oriented
  • Expected to abide by client policies, e.g., compliance

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $59,400.00 - $99,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
